  • What stuttering therapy is and how it differs from all other therapies

Meet Your Stuttering Advocate

I’m Kelly Clendaniel, a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist, and the Founder of Word on the Speech. In my 17 year career, I’ve learned that the most important ingredient for a child’s communication progress and success is successfully empowering their parents.  It brings about powerful change and lasting results in the treatment of communication disorders; and never is that more true than in the case of stuttering.

I’m on a mission to change the widely prescribed “Wait and see” approach to a “Learn & Do” approach for parents.

Making small, yet effective changes early can have a huge ripple effect on a child’s stuttering, confidence, and their future; and I know this because I’ve seen it work for my own child.

It only takes one hour to get clear about your options and find a plan that works for your child.

No more searching, no more worrying.

Stuttering is time sensitive.

Early intervention - and the right interventions - will make all the difference. I need you to know, your child’s stuttering is not your fault. But there is something you can do to help them right now. Join me for one hour.
